First Shift Production Worker – $18-$19/Hour DOE

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Production Worker for a great local company in the Hot Springs area. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
Possible mandatory half-day Saturdays during peak periods

Pay:
$18-$19/hour DOE

Job Duties:

• Clean and maintain the production area
• Operate the assembly line
• Assist with quality control inspections of product packaging
• Monitor inventory with accuracy and attention to detail
• Operate a palletizer
• Opportunity to cross-train on a forklift
• Occasionally assist with Shipping & Receiving
• Lift and move items weighing approximately 30-40 lbs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of production experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to take initiative and stay productive during downtime
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to respond appropriately to supervision and direction
• Dependable and willing to learn additional duties
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

Important Work Environment Information:
This is not a climate-controlled facility and can become very hot during the summer months. Candidates should be comfortable working in these conditions.
