🌱 What You’ll Do

• Maintain lawns, landscaping, and outdoor areas to professional standards
• Mow, trim, edge, weed, and fertilize lawns and plants
• Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Keep walkways, parking areas, and common spaces clean and safe
• Perform seasonal duties such as leaf removal, snow/ice removal, and planting
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Take pride in keeping the property looking its best

🛠 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance (preferred, not required)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and safety‑focused
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
