Express Employment Professionals is seeking a qualified, full-time, permanent Customer Service Representative for a company located in South Orlando starting immediately!

Job Details:

• Pay Rate - $17.00/HR
• Schedule - Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Full-Time, Permanent Position!

Job Duties:

• Responsible for all incoming referrals and orders for delivery and pick up.
• Completes verification of insurance for DME coverage and prior authorization information.
• Completes any special instructions for billing to the patient's insurance prior to the delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Must have over 1 year customer service experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
• Must have data entry experience.
