General Laborer

Location: Gresham, OR
Pay: $18.00/HR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

Our client is a growing local production company seeking dependable General Laborers to join their warehouse team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience, learn new skills, and grow with a company in a clean and organized work environment.

You’ll receive on-the-job training while helping the team meet daily production and fulfillment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders

• Assist with production, packaging, and warehouse activities

• Operate a forklift as needed; training available for qualified candidates

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals

• Regularly lift and move materials up to 35 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work

• Ability to safely lift and carry required weights

• Forklift experience is preferred but not required

• Willingness to learn and take direction
