Salary: $23.00-$27.00/HR
Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:45pm - 12:45am
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00/HR
Duties:
Set up powder‑coating equipment and adjust settings for proper application.
Clean, mask, plug, and fixture metal components prior to coating.
Apply powder coating to lawn mower and snow blower parts following quality and safety standards.
Guide coworkers on proper part preparation and handling.
Operate batch ovens according to work‑order specifications.
Inspect coated parts for coverage, adhesion, and finish quality.
Perform touch‑ups or rework as needed.
Unmask, unplug, and package components after curing.
Maintain equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and keep the work area clean and organized.
Qualifications:
6–12 months of powder‑coating or industrial painting experience preferred.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow work instructions.
Forklift experience a plus (training can be provided).
Ability to work safely with chemicals, heat, and industrial equipment.
