A Green Bay area machinery manufacturer is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team! The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders and requests, and maintaining a positive attitude. A qualified Customer Service Representative will have prior customer service experience, be proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and Outlook, and have strong communication skills.

Customer Service Representative Job Highlights:

• Pay is $20.00/hour
• Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
• Evaluation-to-hire, meaning the company is looking for a long-term fit!

What you will be doing:

• Communicating with customers through phone and email regarding orders
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Taking orders, determining the correct parts to process
• Calculating charges and processing billing and payments
• Reviewing customer accounts making changes to keep them updated
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

What they are looking for:

• 2-3+ years of customer service in an office environment REQUIRED.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work both independently and as a group
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Strong work ethic with professional, positive attitude
• Dependability and punctuality are a must
