Customer Service/Inside Sales

A client of ours in Tualatin is looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to their Fortune 1000 company team. Many of their employees find themselves in 20+ year-long careers, and you could be that next person!

This is an evaluation to full-time hire position.

Duties:

• Data entry of orders into SAP
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide proposals and quotes as needed
• Research and source parts
• Assist in generating leads for sales
• Help in the stockroom as needed, prepare orders, and deliver parts
• Provide top-notch customer service
• Build & foster business relationships with new and existing customers
• Occasional hands-on work/ driving
• Other tasks as needed

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):

• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• HS diploma/ GED with higher education preferred
• 1+ year experience with customer service or inside sales
• Strong written & verbal communication

Pay: $20-$24/hr. DOE

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8 am- 5 pm
