Job Description - Technician

Schedule - M-F 7am-4pm

Ensure warehouses are clean, neat and safe.
Immediately notify warehouse manager of any unsafe conditions.
Ensure all orders are staged daily for next day's production.
Ensure any additional orders are staged timely to meet the needs of the Installation Department.
Communicate with and the load installers while checking order accuracy.
Ensure all scheduled deliveries are accurate and properly loaded on the delivery truck.
Ensure all inbound material is received, labeled, stored in proper location and receiving paperwork is forwarded to the appropriate department.
Fill out return form for all materials returned to the warehouse, label material and provide completed form to the appropriate department.
Notify warehouse Manager of low inventory levels on stock items.
Notify Warehouse Manager of any significant discrepancies pertaining to remaining inventory.
Any other tasks as assigned by management.
Relentless follow up to ensure that tasks are completed.
