The right candidate is a talent agent and matchmaker, who loves to converse with people and see what makes them tick, then match them with local companies who needs their skills and talents. This is a growth role with a staffing agency, where you will work directly with ownership to set the future and grow the business. Although recruiting experience is desirable, its not an absolute if you can bring energy, exuberance, drive, grit, coachability, a desire for greatness, and a fun personality to the game. Pay Range: $16-18/hour + commission + bonus

Responsibilities:

• Be a warm, upbeat and welcoming representative of the company to all candidates and clients.

• Plan and schedule and conduct interviews with candidates looking for their next opportunity.

• Greet and assist visitors to the office. Take pride in delivering positive customer experiences.

• Answer inbound telephone calls as needed, with positive energy.

• Make outbound calls as talent agent representing your candidates to potential hiring managers.

• Ability to perform and thrive in a sometimes hectic and fast-paced environment.

• Ensure documentation of your efforts in the company software system.

• Develop relationships with candidates and clients to build strong contacts.

• Resolve problems or issues in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate.

• Be a great teammate.

• Take responsibility for your actions regardless of impact.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer facing or customer service roles (hospitality professionals encouraged), always putting the customer experience as the first priority

• Ability to prioritize and MULTITASK with strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong computer skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Self-motivated and self-directed.
