Job Details:

• Working in a manufacturing environment as an overall manufacturing associate in all areas!
• Batching/mixing (Must be able to enter basic data into a computer), running machines, running production lines, forklift operating, and using various hand and power tools when needed.
• Fast paced, non-climate-controlled environment!

Pay Structure:

• Starting Pay – Day 1 - $18.00/HR
• Day 31 - .50 cent raise - $18.50/HR
• Day 61 - .50 cent raise - $19.00/HR
• Once Hired Permanently - $1.00/HR raise - $20.00/HR
• 90 Days after the hired permanently date - $2.00/HR raise - $22.00/HR

Location: This position is in the 32837-zip code area. OBT/Central Florida Parkway area.

Scheduling Details:

• Starting Schedule – Monday – Friday – 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• You MUST be flexible to work any day, any shift (morning, afternoon, and night), and 12-hour shifts!
• Do not apply if you cannot accommodate this flexibility!

Requirements:

• MUST be able to have full availability! 24/7 availability when needed!
• MUST be able to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment and be comfortable being cross-trained!
• MUST be comfortable performing basic data entry into computers!
