Express Employment is working with a Maple Grove company to find an outstanding Customer Service Representative! 

Our client in Maple Grove is looking for a customer service representative that is comfortable both making and receiving phone calls, doing data entry, and is able to work with customers in an empathetic manner. 

This position has some unique flexibility in scheduling! Typical hours include Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-2:30pm, and every Saturday Noon-5pm. This associate is able to choose where to flex those 5 hours on Saturday from their week! 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming calls
• Make an average of a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day
• Verify customers’ account details
• Record payment details
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, provide solutions
• Keep accurate and concise notes on accounts
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Other duties may be assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
• Ability to perform these operations using units of American money.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Confident typing skills. Comfortable with data entry in web-based systems. Proficient in basic computer use including Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
