Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical - MEP Estimator - Construction

Located in Tigard, OR

We're looking for a detail-oriented MEP Estimator with strong mechanical and plumbing system experience to join our growing team and support the financial planning of major public and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about estimating, eager to focus solely on cost analysis without the added pressures of project management or bidding.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience with HVAC and plumbing systems; familiarity with electrical systems is a plus

• Strong interest in pursuing or continuing a career in estimating

• Background in mechanical design, engineering, or related technical fields preferred

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documents

• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimation software (experience with industry-specific tools a plus)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
