Paint Line Helper

Located in Waupaca, WI

Salary: $18.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 4:00am-2:00pm

Pay: $18.00/HR

Duties:

• Hang, mask, and prepare parts for the paint or powder‑coat line

• Dip parts into paint according to process requirements

• Perform visual quality checks to ensure proper coating and finish

• Use hoists and other lifting equipment to load and unload parts safely

• Palletize and package finished products for shipment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals

• Support general manufacturing tasks as needed

Qualifications: 

• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred

• Previous paint line, powder coating, or finishing experience is a plus

• Ability to stand, move, bend, and turn throughout the shift

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physical environment

• Strong attention to detail for quality inspection

• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn
