Now Hiring: Material Handler – Shipping, Receiving & Inventory

Looking for a hands-on warehouse opportunity with variety throughout the day? We are seeking a dependable Material Handler to support shipping, receiving, inventory, packing, and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely in a production environment
• Receive, move, stage, and transport materials for production
• Pack, label, shrink wrap, band, and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Process shipping documents using FedEx, UPS, and USPS systems
• Use barcode scanners and inventory tracking systems
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Assist with receiving, shipping, packing, inventory control, and production as needed
• Work safely in tight spaces and around active production areas

Qualifications

• Previous material handling, shipping/receiving, packing, or warehouse experience strongly preferred
• Forklift experience required
• Computer proficiency with shipping software and inventory systems
• Experience using barcode scanners and shipping documentation
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Ability to regularly lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout an 8-hour shift
• Flexible team player willing to work in multiple departments

What We're Looking For

This is not a forklift-only position. Forklift operation typically makes up only about 30% of the day. The ideal candidate enjoys a variety of responsibilities and is comfortable assisting with shipping, receiving, packing, inventory, staging materials, and supporting production when needed.
