Located in Appleton, WI

Salary: $18.00 - $19.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00/HR

Duties:

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to schedule service appointments and identify sales opportunities
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer data, job orders, and service information in company systems
  • Assist walk-in retail customers with product inquiries, purchases, and general support
  • Place reminder calls to existing customers for upcoming services or appointments
  • Take job orders over the phone and ensure all details are recorded accurately
  • Support shows, events, and promotional activities as needed
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking and organization
  • Help showroom customers load purchased items into their vehicles when needed
  • Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations

Qualifications: 

  • Previous customer service experience preferred (retail, call center, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Outgoing, friendly, and personable with a customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while following procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry tasks
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to assist customers when needed
