Located in Appleton, WI

Salary: $18.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 1:00pm - 9:30pm or 3:30pm - 12:00am

Pay: $18.00 /HR

Duties:

  • Receive and unload incoming deliveries accurately and efficiently
  • Read customer orders using a handheld device and determine required materials
  • Move and convey materials from the receiving area to appropriate storage locations
  • Pick and assemble orders from stock based on customer requirements
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging
  • Prioritize tasks to meet productivity and service standards
  • Respond promptly to internal and external customer requests
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications: 

  • Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred (1–3 months or more)
  • Experience using handheld scanners or mobile devices is a plus
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and customer orders accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
