Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Associate (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (30-Minute Lunch)
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
• Organize and sort products by style, type, and brand
• Pick customer orders using hand carts and forklifts
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management activities
• Scan items and complete required paperwork accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Forklift experience required (certification not required, but experience operating a forklift is necessary)
• Willingness to become forklift certified
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Equipment Used:

• Forklift
• Hand carts
• Scanning equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for 6–7 hours per day
• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment
