We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate for a great company in Pottsville, AR. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels within a fast-paced shop environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Day time work schedule, must be flexible to work some Saturday's!

Job Description:

• Conduct routine inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy
• Track and document incoming and outgoing materials
• Verify quantities, part numbers, and product specifications
• Assist with packaging and preparing materials for shipment
• Label, organize, and store inventory in designated areas
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or shortages
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Work closely with production and shipping teams to support operations

Job Requirements:

• Previous inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to read and identify part numbers and labels
• Be able to read a tape measure fluently
• Comfortable working in a shop/industrial environment
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must meet prescreening requirements
