Family owned manufacturing company - a company that specializes in finishing products has a lead role:

7am-3:30pm
$20-24/hr

A Shipping and Receiving position:

1. Responsible for putting together next day truck deliveries by working with shop foreman, customer service and operations manager.
2. Preparing outgoing orders for the trucks and all common carrier shipments.
3. Loading of common carrier trucks.
4. Inspect incoming materials and follow proper receiving and material Nonconformance procedures.  
5. Work with customer service on scheduling large deliveries.
6. Follow packing guidelines.  
7. Responsible for any materials leaving the warehouse.  Enforce and follow shop requisition procedures.  
8. Warehouse housekeeping – Keep warehouse and its contents organized at all times.
9. Follow shipping quality procedure.  
10. Generation of shipping and receiving paperwork for office.
11. Generate requisitions for warehouse supplies and forward to foreman.
12. Generate maintenance request form for needed repairs 
13. Inspect and charge warehouse forklift and pallet truck
14. Follow Inspection Procedures for daily forklift inspection. 
    Daily work hours are from 6:00AM-4:30PM with lunch at 11:30AM-12:00PM.
