Position: Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities:

• Process applications
• Inspect property conditions and coordinate maintenance duties
• Section 8 compliance
• Run elderly independent housing 55 units
• Attention to detail
• Assist in managing budgets, accounts, rent collections. 
• Address resident questions and concerns. 
• Maintain organized and updated resident files. 

Requirements:

• Administrative experience
• Property Management a plus
• Real-estate helpful but not required
• High School Diploma/GED
• Knowledge of industry 
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic bookkeeping skills
• Excellent communication skills

With this position, there is room for advancement to Property Manager. 

Starting pay: $17/hr. 

Benefits: Accrued sick leave and optional medical benefits provided by Express Employment during probationary period. Possible full benefits once hired with the company. 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-2pm

Work Site: Indoor, office setting. Cortez, CO
