Express Employment Professionals in Miami Dade South is currently hiring experienced candidates for someone who is familiar with or has experience writing email campaigns or social media posts to promote products or services. Bachelor''s Degree Required. At least 1 year of marketing experience to include either copywriting, market research, ad placement, or design. This position is remote and candidates must have internet access with upload speeds of a minimum of 15 MP/S and minimum download speed of 25 mb/s and a desktop/laptop for work.

Key Responsibilities:

• This position will be responsible for creating/writing email campaigns to support the North Region for Baptist Health (Bethesda, Boca, and future locations). 
• The candidate will also assist with sourcing hard-to-fill positions for this area.   
• The selected candidate will be assisting in developing campaigns that consist of copywriting for postings on social media and email campaigns.
• The campaigns will vary depending on the audience but will mostly have a focus on marketing open positions at Baptist Health and the benefits of working here.
• The systems they will be using primarily are MailChimp, Avature (CRM), Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• A degree is not required, but if they have zero experience in marketing, then at least a marketing PR, communications degree, or similar is highly preferred.
• Copywriting or headline writing experience is preferred. Platforms that will be used are social media and emails.  The candidate will also work in email marketing using a CRM as a part of their day-to-day duties.
