Facility Maintenance Technician

Temp-to-Hire | Up to $17/hr DOE

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician for a local company in Corpus Christi. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with pay up to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have prior maintenance experience, preferably in apartment maintenance, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical repairs. Candidates must have a clean criminal background and a clear driving record.

Job Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and facility repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical fixtures
• Complete work orders in a timely manner
• Inspect facilities and identify maintenance needs
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience required
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Clear criminal background
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen
• Reliable transportation
• Working phone number for communication
• Must provide two forms of identification at the interview
