Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinators and Project Managers to oversee construction / remodeling projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in project coordination, time management, and construction management. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with specifications.

Duties

• Coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Utilize Prolog for project documentation and tracking.
• Manage project scheduling and resource allocation effectively.
• Review and interpret schematics and blueprints to guide project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project operations.
• Must document, manage and collaborate among team members.
• Prepare project reports and updates for stakeholders, highlighting milestones and any potential risks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in project scheduling software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics effectively.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with Prolog and Bluebeam is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse teams.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
