Express Employment is seeking a Guest Service Specialist for a dealership in Davenport, IA!

 

Responsibilities of the Guest Service Specialist:

• Monitoring and contacting leads from dealership website
• Communicating with customers to determine vehicle needs
• Leading, understanding and adhering to call and email scrips
• Scheduling service appointments and follow ups with customers
• Attending weekly sales meeting and training

Requirements of the Guest Service Specialist:

• 2+ years Call Center experience
• Proficient computer skills with ability to navigate several programs
• Valid Driver’s License

Compensation & Schedule details for the Guest Service Specialist:

• Full-Time
• Working 1^st shift Monday- Friday, Saturdays as scheduled
• $16.00/hour
