Job Overview

As a Guest Service Specialist, you will be responsible for connecting with customers, responding to dealership leads, scheduling appointments, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on leads generated through the dealership website
• Communicate with customers to identify vehicle and service needs
• Follow established phone and email scripts while maintaining a professional customer experience
• Schedule service appointments and conduct customer follow-up communications
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity records

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of call center experience
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License
