General Labor - Production

Located in Neenah, WI

Salary: $16.50 /HR

Hours:  Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm 

Pay: $16.50 /HR

Duties:

• Filling and bagging mattresses with materials such as foam and springs.
• Sealing and labeling mattresses for identification and packaging.
• Assembling boxes for mattress packaging.
• Cutting materials and panels for use in the sewing process.
• Rotating through different departments based on production needs.
• Using a glue or stapler gun to attach mattress components.
• Assisting with the final touches of mattress production.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or light assembly experience is preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus for shipping/receiving positions, but training will be provided.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40lbs consistently.
• Team player with adaptability to different tasks within the manufacturing process.
