Our team is looking for an experienced customer service representative who can handle a high-volume workload in a semi-fast paced environment. We need an enthusiastic individual who can work well independently and willing to assist other team members when needed.

 

Mon- Friday 8am-5pm

Salary- $20 per hour / Weekly Pay

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Ensure customer satisfaction is met with timely and efficient service and a pleasant attitude
  • Answer incoming phone and email inquiries
  • Inquires include but are not limited to shipping documents, product availability, samples of products, freight quotes as well as direct customers to appropriate territory Sales Managers
  • Process orders received by email from customers
  • International and domestic transportation arrangements
  • Process purchase orders for transportation service requests
  • Inventory allocation
  • This includes coordination with the Supply Chain team for product availability
  • Occasionally assist finance with collections and process invoice corrections as needed
  • Provide support to his/her Sales Manager(s) which will include but is not limited to completion of paperwork for new accounts and credit limit requests
  • Track orders from point of order to delivery
  • Daily and monthly reporting

Qualifications and Skills required:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma/GED (bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using ERP system software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong emphasis on attention to detail
  • Critical thinking is a must
  • Comfortable with data entry and repetitive tasks
  • Good time management skills
  • Well organized with great priority setting skills
  • Must be available to work late on occasion
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with internal and external customers
