Position: Service Technician

Pay: $27/hr + commission potential
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Season: March–November (slower winter season)
Location: Flathead Valley

What You’ll Do

• Provide pest control services for over 700 residential and commercial clients
• Apply chemical treatments and spray applications safely and effectively
• Travel to customer locations in a company vehicle
• Complete on‑the‑job training and follow all safety procedures
• Communicate with customers and provide excellent service
• Maintain accurate service records and follow company protocols
• Represent the company professionally at all times

What You Bring

• Trustworthy, dependable work ethic
• Clean driving record (past 4 years)
• Ability to learn pest control techniques and chemical handling
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance (natural hair color, no facial tattoos or extreme piercings)
• Willingness to work 8–12 hour days during peak season

Experience

• No pest control experience required — full training provided
• Mechanical, labor, or service‑based experience helpful
• Must be at least 24 years old (insurance requirement)

Physical Requirements

• Lifting, stooping, walking, and climbing
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
