Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Dispatch Counter/Customer Service position for a Tyler, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Assist the dispatchers in directing the truckers as needed
• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and monitor driver logs
• Maintain efficient delivery controls through proper scheduling and accurate order entry
• Work closely with team members to maximize the efficiency of the department in support of the organizational goals and standards

• One year of recent office experience
