Demo Tech

Located in Rock Hill, SC

Salary: $15.00/hr

We are looking to add a Demo tech to our team. 

- must be able to pass background check 

- lift 75lbs 

- drivers license

-ability to wear a respirator

-ability to work in hot environments in summer and cold environments in winter.  

 

Daily duties include but not limited to: 

-demo and clean up of building materials- flooring, drywall, tile etc. 

- daily clean up of job sites 

-moving house contents out of homes and back into homes so home repairs can be made. 

- follow safety protocols

- deliver materials to job sites 

- work with a small team daily of 1-2 other people. 

- some crawlspace and attic work 

- Fire Restoration clean up 

-water damage demo and clean up 

- participate in on-call rotation - with bonus for after hours work. 

-40-50hrs per week is typical 

Overtime pay and bonuses 

$15.00/hr

Any Construction experience a plus.
