What we look for in a Candidate:

• Previous experience in a dental office front desk is a MUST

• Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, and scheduling software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• High school diploma or equivalent required
