·       Read and interpret construction drawings provided by our design department.

·       Plan, layout, determine work procedures, have knowledge of material properties, and determine the sequence of work steps for setting up work pieces for assembly, and complete in a timely manner.

·      Perform quality checks on production to include inspection, measurements in order to verify the production parts are meeting requirements of the print.

·       Establish and record metrics for department utilization, productivity and time by work order.

·       Knows how to read and use a tape measure.

·       Cooperative in the workplace with all other employees.

·       Work with a combination of tools, saws, rivet guns and assorted hand tools.

·       Willing and able to learn new skills.

·       Basic electrical wiring knowledge.

·       Ensure work area is kept clean and organized.

·       Must follow all safety, regulatory, and environmental/hazardous standards.

·       Other duties as assigned.

Education:

·       High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

·       Hi-lo certification is a plus.

Experience:

·       • 0 – 3 years in related experience and/or training.

·       • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
