Express Employment of Downey is currently seeking a WAREHOUSE SUPPORT ASSOCIATE W/FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE for a wholesale grocer distributor in the city of Vernon, CA.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 3PM to 11:30PM

Hourly Pay: $23.59 an hour 

Employment Type: temp/contract, 2 week project BUT can possibly extend 

Responsibilities:

• Move product utilizing material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (stand up & sit down)
• Prepping items for shipment
• Shrink wrapping pallets/products
• Loading/unloading
• Store items in cooler, organize and rotate product  - environment approx. 34 degrees F*

​Qualifications:

• Forklift certification REQUIRED, plus experience operating a forklift on daily basis over the last 6 months
• Must be comfortable in a cold warehouse environment 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Team player
