Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent administrative and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
Greet visitors and provide general office support
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Prepare, organize, and maintain files, reports, and records
Perform data entry and update internal systems accurately
Assist with onboarding paperwork and general HR support
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Support management and staff with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
