We have an opening for a MIG Welder position working at a company located in Tanner, AL, that manufactures products used in detention facilities. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time placement.

 

Skills/Qualifications

Must be able to pass a MIG welding test.

Previous metal fabrication experience is a plus.

Ability to read a tape measure with 100% accuracy, as well as blue prints.

Ability to lift 40 lb. unassisted.

Punctuality and dependability.

 

Duties/Responsibilities

Assemble and weld together parts used to build detention-grade furniture, fixtures, and/or accessories.

Perform job duties in a safe, efficient, and responsible manner.
