Project Manager

Located in Wilmington, NC

Salary: $38,000-$50,000

We are a staffing agency and are looking for a Project Manager in Wilmington NC. The main task is managing projects from the time we receive the customer's order to the completed installation at the customer's location. You will be working as a connection between the sales and production teams keeping projects accurate, within budget and on schedule. Qualifications

• Ability to communicate, support and work closely with coworkers
• Ability to work with a team and independently
• Good communications with customers and salespeople
• Technical degree or practical knowledge is valued
• Able to travel when needed

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, implement, and monitor the construction projects progress to ensure our system are installed in accordance with plans and specifications
• Develop a plan to take the project from start to finish in a manner that meets the required schedule and budget
• Work with project team to prepare and assemble shop drawings and submittals, work with purchasing department to order materials as required to complete project on schedule and within budget
• Make schedule for the installers/subcontractors and provide them with sufficient information and training so that they can perform the work efficiently and correctly according to specification
• Assist on site when needed to verify proper installation of equipment and as-builts are maintained during the project.
