Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Horticultural Worker for a Tyler, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!

In this Role you Will:

• Being able to fold and pack boxes
• Content to work in an environment of repetitive tasks
• Being able to manual loading and unloading of trucks/pallets
• Responsible for moving, labelling, and picking plants within the nursey
• Monitoring and maintaining plant health

We like to hear from candidates with:

• Ability to work individually and in a team setting
• Ability to stand/walk for most your shift
• Ability to work in a cold and wet environment if required
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to operate maintenance equipment
