Express Employment is now hiring a Warranty/Head Cashier for local car dealership.

You must have previous experience dealing with car warranties and cashier work. This position is temp or perm so you will have the opportunity to get hired on perm with company.

Schedule:
-Monday - Friday
-8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
 
Pay:
-$15+/hour; depending on experience
 
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Organize, process and review warranty claims made by the customers
-Exceptionally high ethical standards
-Ensure that all warranty paperwork is properly documented
-Ensure all verifying criteria needed by the manufacturer are processed correctly
-Keeps up with all company announcements, especially factory recalls
-Work alongside the company's accounting department to obtain payments for warranty work
-Keeps customer and service records organized neatly into a comprehensive filing system
-Discover why a manufacturer did not fully pay for warranted parts or service and negotiate the rest of the payment on behalf of the customer and the employer
