Blending Technician

Located in Charlotte, NC

Salary: 18.00/hr.

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for an Blending Technician for our client located in North Charlotte. 

The pay is 18.00/hr. 12 hour shifts (day and night) and schedule is 2-2-3 rotating. 

Job Duties of Blending Technician:

• Follow blending instructions and add proper ingredients and record correctly. 
• Complete sanitation and CIP per schedule. 
• Work with others to produce quality products that meet our customers' needs. 
• Maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and following safety regulations. 
• Operate a forklift to transport ingredients/materials. 
• Comply with all GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, etc. 

The skills and specifications required for the job of a Blending Technician are:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1-3 years prior blending/batching experience is a PLUS.
• Prior experience working in a beverage manufacturing facility is a PLUS.
• Great attention to detail.  
• Basic math skills and reading comprehension.
