We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for working with dispatcher to provide excellent communication and service to customers and answering questions for a company in Cudahy, WI.

1st Shift

Pay: $23 

Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer requests that may conflict with other due dates
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Build lasting relationships with customers based on trust in providing quality service
• Take part in training and other learning opportunities that expand knowledge within the company

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service call center preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
