Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon has partnered with a Burlington dental office to recruit for a Patient Care Coordinator.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring patients receive the highest quality of service in a friendly and welcoming environment.

What you get to do:

• Keep front area tidy and presentable with all necessary material
  
• Greet and welcome guests
  
• Check in patients and answer questions or address complaints
  
• Answer incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  
• Make confirmation calls to patients
  
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  
• Check, sort and forward emails
  
• Keep updated records and patient files
  
• Data entry
  
• Schedule appointments
  
• Help verify insurance eligibility
  
• Assist with COVID-19 health screenings if needed

What you need to be successful:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Outgoing, friendly personality
• Flexible availability

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 

Schedule: Full time; Days, evenings, and weekends
