2nd Shift Press Operator - $16/Hour - Will Train Entry Level!

The Job

As a Press Operator, you'll operate precision machinery to produce quality parts. You'll work from verbal and written instructions, perform quality checks using measurement tools, and keep production running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications:

• Press operator experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to read micrometers and calipers
• Blueprint reading skills
• Computer skills

Required Skills:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good math skills
• Ability to lift and maneuver 25-30 lbs regularly
• Comfortable with physical work including standing, bending, pushing/pulling, and carrying throughout your shift

For Entry Level/New Grads: We'll train motivated candidates! However, you must have some prior factory or manufacturing experience and know you enjoy hands-on production work.
