Warehouse Inbound Team Lead

Salary: $19.50/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm 

Pay: $19.50/HR

Duties: 

  • Lead and support the inbound warehouse team to ensure daily goals and productivity standards are met.
  • Read and review customer orders to determine material and inventory requirements.
  • Receive, unload, and convey incoming materials to designated warehouse locations.
  • Assemble and prepare orders from stock accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify order accuracy and prepare materials for shipment.
  • Prioritize daily work assignments to meet customer deadlines and operational standards.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and warehouse operating practices.

Qualifications: 

  • 1-3 months of related warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience required
  • Prior leadership or team lead experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret customer orders, shipping documents, and inventory information.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality required.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform warehouse duties throughout the shift.
