AR/AP Specialist!

Schedule: 

• Monday - Friday 7:30a.m. - 5:00p.m.
• Every other Saturday 8:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.

Pay: 

• $14/hour

Job Duties include but are not limited to: 

• Accounts payable and receivable
• Entering invoices for payment. 
• Cutting checks
• Balancing statements
• Mail statements out
• Rental car agreements and procurement of rental cars
• Assists with other accounting functions within department as needed. 
• Ordering supplies 
• Assist the cashier as needed 

*Previous experience with accounts payable preferred. 

*Excellent computer skills required.
