Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Express Employment on 61st and Center is recruiting for skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to join a South Omaha company!

You must have a 3rd Grade Boilers License or Stationary Engineer License to be considered for this role!

Position Details:
•    Type: Evaluation Hire
•    Schedule: Varying Shifts
•    Location: Omaha, NE
•    Pay/Salary: Up to $100k/year

Job Duties:
•    Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, including conveyors, pumps, motors, and other equipment.
•    Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
•    Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to scheduled plans and manufacturer recommendations.
•    Inspect and test machinery and equipment to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
•    Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
•    High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
•    Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
•    Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
•    Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
