Appliance Service Technician 

Express Employment on 61st and Center is seeking a skilled Appliance Service Technician to join a local company in South Omaha! 

Position Details:
•    Type: Evaluation Hire
•    Schedule: 7am – 5pm, Monday – Friday 
•    Location: Omaha, NE
•    Pay/Salary: $19/hour

Job Duties:
•    Diagnose issues with washing machines, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems.
•    Perform repairs on washing machines, including replacing faulty parts, reassembling machines, and testing for proper operation.
•    Conduct routine maintenance on washing machines to prevent future breakdowns.
•    Install new washing machines for customers, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
•    Provide customers with detailed explanations of issues, repair processes, and preventive maintenance tips.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
•    High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in appliance repair or a related field is preferred.
•    Minimum of 2 years of experience in appliance repair, specifically with washing machines.
•    Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical components, and software diagnostics related to washing machines.
•    Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and hand tools.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
