We are looking for an Account Manager Assistant who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. Account management responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with your assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. This position will liaise between customers, sales and marketing and the operational side of our company to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to the customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors 

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of product according to customer needs and objectives 

• Communicate clearly the progress of quarterly initiatives to internal team

• Forecast and track key account sales • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment 

• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive level

• 2-3 years of Sales or Sales management experience is preferred. 

• Ability to deliver and follow-up on customer specific requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
