Position: General Maintenance Helper

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Location: Kalispell (must be able to travel to all 7 property locations; personal vehicle required)

What You’ll Do

• Perform painting projects (interior & exterior)
• Dig holes and assist with outdoor property upkeep
• Complete basic building maintenance tasks
• Support light HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work
• Help maintain clean, safe, and functional facilities
• Lift up to 20 lbs as needed

What You Bring

• Experience in maintenance or janitorial work preferred, but not required
• Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and 5‑panel drug test
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
