Production Assembler – Full-Time

Location: Peosta, IA
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join a growing company in Peosta, IA. This is a great full-time opportunity for individuals with prior assembly experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret assembly drawings to understand build requirements, finishes, and any custom product features
Set up and verify that conveyor controls, safety mechanisms, and workstations are functioning properly
Inspect hand tools and power tools to ensure they are in safe working condition
Assemble products by fitting, aligning, and securing components and sub-assemblies according to specifications
Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure all parts and finished products meet company standards
Communicate effectively with supervisors or team leads when clarification or support is needed
Clear materials and reset the workstation at the end of each production run
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
Provide support to other production lines as needed
Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

Prior assembly experience required
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
