Job Description: Seeking a friendly, personable, and team-oriented individual to join our distribution team. This role involves handling inbound customer service calls, processing order entries, and providing quotes to customers. The ideal candidate is eager to help others, willing to learn, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer service calls professionally and efficiently
Enter and process customer orders accurately
Provide quotes and assist with customer inquiries
Make updates and changes to existing documents in Word and Excel (no document creation required)
Learn and understand product model numbers and specifications
Cross-train with team members and assist in various office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Good personality and excellent communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Familiarity with Word and Excel
Ability to multi-task and absorb new information quickly
Willingness to learn and help others
Previous dispatching experience is a plus but not required
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a team environment
