Assembler - NIGHT Shift

Located in Sherman, TX

Salary: $14/$15hr and up

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for an Assembler position for a Sherman TX company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in the Texoma area that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

Shift Schedule:

6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform one or more repetitive operations on the assembly line according to verbal or written instructions, drawings, or diagrams

• Operate hand tools, power tools, or production equipment

• Position parts using hands, tweezers, or pliers to ensure proper fit and alignment

• Use solder, bolts, screws, clips, or cement to fasten parts by hand or with powered tools

• Load and unload previously set-up machines such as arbor presses, drill presses, striping machines, laminators, or cutters

• May be rotated among workstations or shift positions to reduce fatigue and meet production needs

Requirements:

• Ability to follow instructions and diagrams accurately

• Experience in assembly or manufacturing environment preferred

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods

• Must be able to lift and move parts and tools as needed

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Dependable and able to work night shifts reliably

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay increase after 90 days based on performance

• Full benefits (health, dental, vision, etc.) begin after 90 days
